ADAM — Advanced Design And Manufacturing — is a US-based group that began in 2012 as an engineering services and staffing partner to industrial manufacturers, building an engineering & delivery hub in India from day one. The name was never just a brand: it described the work.
Over a decade of factory layouts, tooling programs and technical placements, one pattern held: clients kept asking the same partner to also find their people and their parts. ADAM Talent and Sourcing & Manufacturing grew out of that demand rather than a rebrand exercise — which is why all three pillars still answer to the same engineering standard.
Today that standard includes AI-assisted delivery and Industry 4.0 readiness as a matter of course, not as a bolt-on. The goal hasn't changed since 2012: right the first time.
